TaggedZi.com - Short URL (TSU) is not responsible for the content of pages to which users are redirected. The links (URL's) are provided by annonomus users online.

Abuse

Any ussage of this service which is illegal, spam like, offensive, or abusive will result in removal of offending URLS, the banning of IP's, and possibly forwarding of records to authorities.

This is not designed for high volume websites. It is designed to make URLs smaller and more easily managed by humans. If TaggedZi.com deems any usseage of this site to be "high volume" from any site, or user (IP), we reserve the right to remove the links and ban/block IPs, without notification.

If you feel that you are being spammed or that this service has been abused please contact us: here. TSU takes these things seriously. Make sure you send the url(s) in question in the message body. (If you do not send the link in question I have no way of locating it...) TSU will attempt to review quickly, however there are no guarantees. (The admin/maintainer might be on vacation, sleeping, changing dirty diapers, dancing a horn pipe, or even homeless with no computer or internet connection at their disposal.) TSU reserves the right to deal with the issue as it likes. Which includes, but is not limited to, doing nothing or doing something.

Availability

This service is not guaranteed in any way! It is simply a service that some people might find useful. I cannot guarantee the availability (or accuracy) of any link provided. This service may be removed, or become un-avaliable at any time.

If regular or widespread abuse of this site is seen, TSU may close, or end its service at any time without notice.

TSU reserves the right to maintain statistics on links clicked and that all collected information is the exclusive property of TaggedZi.com.

There is no privacy guarantee at all. TaggedZi.com can do what it wants with the information collected.

This service is intended to be a useful tool. There is no guarantee of anything about this service and TaggedZi.com can do what it wants with the data collected. So if you don't want data to be seen by other people. DON'T POST IT HERE.

If you feel a url is abusive send me the link and tell me (breifly) the issue, and I'll try to deal with it as soon as possible, but I don't HAVE to do anything. (Unless by court order.)
